Good evening friends,
As time marches along, we have five more days to go. Tonight we celebrate the word GLORY. “You are the light of the world. A city on a hill cannot be hidden. Nor do people light a lamp and put it under a basket, but on a stand, and it gives light to all in the house. In the same way, let your light shine before others, so that they may see your good works and give GLORY to your Father who is in heaven.” Matthew 5:14-16
Who is the light of the world? You! What are you to do? Shine! And what is the result? God is GLORIFIED! Our time to shine in the darkness is now; for such a time as this! Then someday, when our hurting world is fully restored and we are made new, this will be our new beginning!
“And the city has no need of sun or moon to shine on it for the GLORY of God gives it light, and its lamp is the Lamb. By its light will the nations walk, and the kings of earth will bring their GLORY and its gates will never be shut by day—and there will be no night there. They will bring into it the GLORY and honor of the nations.” Revelation 21:23-26 What a GLORIOUS future God has planned.
